The MLS® Home Price Index composite benchmark price for all residential properties in Metro Vancouver saw a 2.3% increase from May 2023, reaching $1,212,000. Sales of detached homes, apartments, and attached homes all experienced declines compared to the previous year, with corresponding changes in benchmark prices.
